The Facts!
I graduated from the University of California, San Diego receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts Media with a computing emphasis. Over the course of my education I studied the historical, social, and aesthetic backgrounds of modern media, including film, video, and human-computer interaction. When not glued to my computer battling design and coding issues you'll find me dreaming of ways to work less and play more...although I'm finding recently that I'm doing more working and less playing.Currently, I'm the Multimedia Specialist at the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, CA where I specialize in front end design/development, XHTML/CSS and web standards to produce positive user experiences on the web. Although employed at this time I'm always looking for freelance work as a web designer/developer or video editor.
