eHow Experts is a commerce property that provides users direct access to answers through one-on-one online conversations with experts. I led the design direction and acted as sole designer on this new offering from eHow. I worked closely with the Sr. Product Director for eHow Experts as well as the front-end developers, back-end developers, and our Web Optimization Specialist to design A/B tests for this product to optimize the site for both users and the business at eHow.
